Directions:
From M23 Junction 10:
- Exit the M23 at Junction 10 and take the A264 towards East Grinstead
- At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto Copthorne Road/A264
- Continue for approximately 1.5 miles
- Turn right onto Snowhill Lane
- Continue for approximately 0.5 miles
- APH Self Park will be on your right-hand side
From London/M25:
- From the M25, take Junction 7 onto the M23 southbound toward Gatwick Airport
- Leave the M23 at Junction 10
- Then follow directions as above
Please allow an additional 30-40 minutes to your journey for check-in and transfer times, especially during peak periods.
Arrival & Departure Information
On Arrival:
- On arrival at APH Self Park, please proceed to the entrance barrier.
- If you have pre-booked, the barrier system will recognize your vehicle's registration number and permit entry.
- If your vehicle is not recognized, press the intercom button for assistance.
- Take a ticket from the machine if you have not pre-booked.
- Once inside, follow signs to the Self Park area.
- Choose any available parking bay and note down your bay number.
- Make your way to the reception building with your keys and booking confirmation.
- Check in with your booking reference at the reception desk.
- Keep your car keys with you throughout your trip.
- Head to the shuttle bus pick-up point located outside reception.
On Return:
- Upon your return to Gatwick, make your way to the APH shuttle bus pick-up points:
- North Terminal: Lower forecourt at bus stop 8
- South Terminal: Lower forecourt at bus stop 9
- Board the next available APH shuttle bus back to the car park.
- Upon arrival back at APH, locate your vehicle where you left it.
- Drive to the exit barrier and insert your parking token or provide your booking reference.
- If you have pre-booked, the barrier should lift automatically when it reads your vehicle registration.
- If you require assistance, use the intercom at the exit barrier.
Shuttle Information:
The shuttle buses are clearly marked with the APH logo.
Transfer time to the terminals is approximately 10-15 minutes.
Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes during peak times and 25-30 minutes overnight.
